What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Greater Accra Customers: We ship through our company dedicated courier service agents.

Outside Greater Accra Customers: We arrange delivery to a pick up point convenient for customers. This due to the limited operation of courier service outside Greater Accra.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Non-prescription eyewear usually takes 3-5 business days to receive. Prescription eyewear orders typically take 5-10 business days to receive, due in part to our rigorous quality-control process.

If your item is on back order or does not pass our quality control inspection, it could take longer than the estimated shipping times listed above to receive your order. Our customer service department will contact you if they anticipate a delay in delivering your order, outside of the normal timeframes.

How Do I Track My Order?

You sure can! You can enter your order or tracking number in the Track Order section in our top navigation, or you can check on the status of your order on our Order Tracking page.

How Do I Place an Order?

Browse the site and pick out a frame- or better yet, several frames. Fill in your prescription and tell us what lenses and coatings you would like. We’ll take care of the rest!

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you can choose to check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your prescription information and other preferences that can make shopping on nunaeyecare.com quicker and more convenient in the future.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

NunaEyecare.com accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept MobileMoney payments. 

How Do You Ensure That My Personal and Payment Information is Secure?

NunaEyecare.com uses a secure server and encrypt all sensitive/credit information before that data is then transmitted into our payment gateway database. We do not store any of your private/payment information on our servers after your transaction has been completed.

Do You Sell Frames Without Lenses?

Yes, you can purchase frames only without lenses. If you decide you would like to purchase lenses later, you can send your frames back to us and we will add prescription lenses to them.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we ship to only customers in Ghana.
